How far in advance should I book?
You may book at any time, but no later than 4 days before the dinner date, subject to availability.
You can’t choose your menu. The whole spirit of Confidences de Papilles lies in the surprise and discovery of your Gourmet Experience on the day itself. However, you can share your preferences—and most importantly, any intolerances or dietary restrictions.
If you notify us at least 4 days in advance, we’ll offer you a gourmet credit, valid for 3 months. After that, the reservation cannot be refunded or exchanged. ​

You’ll discover the Chef’s gourmet program upon arrival—or during the aperitif, if you requested it when booking.

You can let us know when making your reservation. A dedicated section is provided for this in the booking form.

You can offer a gift voucher for a Confidences de Papilles dinner. The lucky recipient simply needs to contact us to book their dinner on the date of their choice. The gift voucher is valid for 6 months.

Yes, of course — once only, and up to 4 days before the original date. To do so, please contact Jérôme as soon as possible!

Not too early, not too late! You’re expected at 8:00 p.m. sharp to begin your dinner experience. Be careful not to be late—you might end up with a cold dish or miss part of the menu 😉
Dinners usually end around 11:00 p.m. However, if you have specific time constraints, feel free to let us know when booking.

Yes, of course — up to 4 days before the scheduled date. Please contact Jérôme as soon as possible!

Jérôme will offer you wines he has carefully selected to pair with each dish on your menu.
Upon discovering your Gourmet Experience menu, the Chef may also propose a few exceptional wines from the Confidences de Papilles Private Cellar — available upon request and at an additional cost.

Confidences de Papilles is a unique and original experience. The magic lies in the surprise — which is what makes the evening so special and unforgettable. So creating a menu in advance would take away part of that magic… But feel free to ask him!
Jérôme welcomes up to 12 guests.
Confidences de Papilles offers exclusive, tailor-made dinners. Jérôme would be delighted to welcome you and share his colorful cuisine, his stories, and his discoveries from past travels… However, at the moment, we can’t combine individual guests with other groups, unless under very specific circumstances. Don’t hesitate to contact Jérôme to ask!
